Al微颗粒对45~#钢超声空蚀的抑制
The repression of ultrasonic cavitation damage on 45# steel by adding Al microparticles

【摘要】 在超声空蚀实验装置上研究添加微颗粒的悬浊液对材料超声空蚀破坏的影响。发现在去离子水或者已经添加了SiC微颗粒的悬浊液中添加Al微颗粒均可以抑制45#钢试样表面的超声空蚀破坏。对添加Al微颗粒的悬浊液空化强度的检测显示超声空蚀破坏的抑制并不是由Al微颗粒抑制空泡溃灭引起的。研究发现试样表面空蚀破坏出现与否和微颗粒与试样的选择搭配有关,Al微颗粒与45#钢试样表面之间可能存在排斥作用。
【Abstract】 The effect of adding microparticles into deionized water on the ultrasonic cavitation damage on materials is studied on ultrasonic cavitation damage experiment device.We discovered that adding Al mircoparticles into deionized water or suspension composed of SiC microparticles and deionized water would remarkably repress the ultrasonic cavitation damage on the surfaces of 45# steel samples.However,the detection of cavitation strength of suspension indicated that the repression of ultrasonic cavitation damage was not due to the repression of bubbles collapses by Al microparticles.We found out that the appearance of cavitation damage on samples depended on the material collocation of microparticles and samples.The repulsive force may exist between the Al microparticles and surfaces of 45# steel samples.
