水泵水轮机双向推力轴承三维热弹流动力润滑性能分析

【摘要】 为分析水泵水轮机双向推力轴承的动力润滑性能,建立了推力轴承的三维热弹流动力润滑数学模型,并给出了合理的边界条件。将本文所建立的计算模型应用于算例分析,得到额定工况下的油膜厚度分布、油膜压力分布和瓦块温度分布情况,并对理论计算结果和试验测量结果进行了对比分析,在此基础上还分析了推力负荷与转速变化工况对推力轴承润滑性能的影响。分析结果表明:理论计算结果和试验测试结果基本吻合,推力负荷与转速变化均通过改变最小油膜厚度影响推力轴承的润滑性能,最高瓦面温度成为限制工况参数变化范围的关键因素。

【Abstract】 The three-dimensional thermo-elastic-hydrodynamic mathematical model of thrust bearing was set up and the boundary condition was adopted for analysis of hydrodynamic lubrication performance of bi-directional thrust bearing in pump-turbine.The calculation model set up in this paper was then applied to a calculating example.The oil film thickness distribution,oil film pressure distribution and pad temperature distribution were obtained,and the calculated results were compared with the results of experimental test.On this basis,the influences of thrust load and rotational speed On the lubrication performance of thrust bearing were analyzed.The results show that the calculated characteristics are almost coincident with the experimental measurement,the thrust load and rotational speed affect the lubrication performance of thrust bearing by means of changing the minimal oil film thickness,and the maximum pad surface temperature become the critical factor limiting variation range of operating parameters.
