【摘要】 物联网能实现对物体的实时智能化识别、定位、跟踪、监控和管理,是继互联网之后的下一代革命性技术。本文综述了支撑物联网的两大关键技术——无线射频识别技术(RFID)和无线传感网络技术(WSN),RFID技术用于物体的识别,WSN技术的作用是物联网内数据的传输。最后,简要介绍了物联网技术在食品储运过程中的应用:在食品品质和储运环境的实时监控以及构建食品溯源体系中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Internet of thing (IoT) is the next revolutionary technology after the Internet technology, it can achieve intelligent recognition, localization, tracking, monitoring and management of objects in real-time. In this paper, the author reviewed two key technology of IoT - Radio Frequencies Identify Technologies (RFID) and Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), RFID identifies the object, WSN achieves the transmission of data. Finally, the author briefly introduced the application of IoT in food storage and transportation processing - monitoring the quality of food, controlling the environment parameters during food storage and transportation period, and building the traceability system.更多还原
