酵母醪液吸附流化干燥及床层流化特性的研究

【摘要】 对高粘稠性酵母醪液,采用麸皮作为吸附载体,进行吸附流化床干燥实验。结果表明,在酵母醪液的不同干燥时段,对应的物料床层流化状态发生了明显的改变,分别观察到整体较好地流化、部分沟流以及完全沟流等现象。本文发现,通过测量流化床床层压力,出口空气温湿度变化规律,可判断干燥过程中床层内物料的流化状态,由此指导实际的生产。
【Abstract】 Drying of viscous fermentation spent liquor was carried out in an adsorptive fluidized bed where bran was used as the adsorption carriers. Experimental results showed that the fluidization state of the mixed materials changed largely during the drying process. Some typical flow states were observed, e.g. overall fluidization, partial channeling and complete channeling. It was found that through measuring the variation of bed pressure difference, air relative humidity and temperature at the exit of the bed, we could determine the flow characteristics of the mixed materials inside the bed, which is useful in practice.
