【摘要】 针对阀门厂的实际情况、产品特性和制造要求,对阀门产品的制造过程的监督检验进行了探讨。通过目前试行的阀门产品制造监督检验,对目前正在编制的相关规则和规程进行了介绍和讨论。阀门的监督检验主要包括被监检制造企业的质保体系运行情况和产品质量两个方面。其中产品质量的检验主要包括设计审查、材料审查、焊接审查、测厚及压力或气密试验。通过一段时间的监督检验,发现了不少问题,为保证企业产品质量起到了一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Investigation is made on the supervisory inspection of the manufacturing process of valve products with respect to the actual situation,product characteristics and manufacturing requirements of valve plant.By the supervisory inspection for the manufacturing of valves products currently under trial implementation,the relevant rules and procedures under development at present are introduced and discussed.The supervisory inspection of valves mainly includes the operating condition of the quality assurance system and product quality of the manufacturing enterprises being supervised and inspected.Of which the inspection of product quality mainly contains design review,document review,welding review,thickness measurement and pressure or airtightness test.Through a period of supervision and inspection,a lot of problems are found,which plays a certain role for the product quality assurance of the enterprise.更多还原
