断口分析在失效分析中的应用

【摘要】 某喷管发生了粉碎性断裂。对收集到的喷管残骸进行了拼凑,通过断口形貌观察和模拟试验结果分析,确定了断裂源和裂纹扩展路径,失效模式为爆炸。
【Abstract】 Smashing rupture of a nozzle occurred.Debris of nozzle was patched up.The fracture source and the propagation path were determined by fracture surface observation and simulation experiment.The failure mode was explosion.
