φ60 mm×3.5 mm埋地排污管的泄漏失效分析

【摘要】 某油田压气站埋地排污管线在运行过程中发生泄漏事故。通过对泄漏排污管进行无损检测、化学成分、力学性能、金相、扫描电镜及能谱等分析,发现泄漏失效孔洞位于环焊缝处;环焊缝表面成型不良,焊缝金属直接与土壤接触,发生吸氧腐蚀形成腐蚀坑,使管线有效壁厚减薄,最终导致钢管发生泄漏失效。
【Abstract】 Buried sewage pipeline leaked in pressure gas station of some oilfield.A series of testing and analysis including non-destructive inspection,chemical compositions analysis,mechanical properties test, metallographic analysis,SEM and EDS analysis were carried on the samples cut from the failed pipe,and the leak hole was found in the location of the girth weld.The study suggested that the surface of the girth weld was poor forming,weld metal contacted with the soil directly and happened oxygen corrosion that led to the formation of corrosion pits,which ultimately resulted in the leakage failure of the pipeline.
