旋转永磁场加工内孔表面的光整加工技术研究

【摘要】 阐述了旋转永磁场加工内孔表面的加工机理和磨粒的选用问题,借助ANSYS磁场分析和加工试验重点解决了磁极的布置,选出了两个磁极在加工试验时的磁极角度。得出主要结论:旋转永磁极加工内孔表面时,磁场布置要打破磁场的同心圆分布,从而提高磨粒受到的转矩值;通过ANSYS计算仿真得出,两个磁极间隔角度为100°时,磨粒受到的转矩值最大。

【Abstract】 The machining mechanism of rotating permanent magnetic field for hole surface processing and the selection of abrasive were introduced in this paper,the problem of magnetic pole arrangement was resolved by magnetic field analysis with ANSYS and processing experiments,and the ideal two processing magnetic test point of view was elected. The main conclusions:the concentric layout of the magnetic field should be broke to increase the torque value acting on abrasive grain when processing hole surface with rotating permanent magnet;by ANSYS simulation,it is shown that the largest torque value acting on abrasive grain is that the angle between the two magnet pole is 100°.
