微细掺粉电解抛光设备设计及其工艺试验研究

【摘要】 针对微细电解抛光的要求,应用所开发的三维微细零件电解掺粉抛光装备对工件进行电解或电解抛光。采用纳秒级脉冲电源,其最小稳定输出脉宽50 ns,额定电流1 A,占空比和频率均独立可调,为实现高精度的微细电解加工提供了保证。利用本装备进行了电解抛光试验,加工出直径小至20~30μm、长为1000μm的微细轴,把电解加工表面粗糙度Ra 1.0μm的微细轴,抛光加工到Ra 0.02μm的镜面。

【Abstract】 In view of the tiny electrolysis polishing request,processing workpiece with electrolyze processing or Electrolysis polishing in use of electrochemical micromaching equipment of three-dimensional micro workpiece designed by our own.In use of the power source nanosecond level pulse power source,its smallest stable output pulse width 50ns,nominal current 1A,duty factor and frequency independent adjustable,to realize the high accuracy tiny electrolysis processing to provide the guarantee.We also carried on massive electrolysis polishing experiment with this equipment: Including processes diameter slightly to reach 20~30μm,long for 1000μm tiny axis.We also polish the surface roughness of tiny axis which is processed by electrolysis processing from ra 0.02μm to ra 0.02μm.
