聚晶金刚石单脉冲放电加工温度场模拟及加工机理分析

【摘要】 分别对聚晶金刚石、45钢以及YG15硬质合金三种不同材料在增爆电源电火花加工时的温度场进行了模拟计算,通过与实验结果进行对比,明确了增爆电源加工聚晶金刚石时的放电机理,验证了热导率对放电爆炸力的影响规律。同时,对聚晶金刚石电火花加工时的放电通道半径进行了修正。
【Abstract】 The temperature distribution during single pulse EDM of different materials such as Polycrystalline Diamond, Steel 45# and Carbide YG15 were simulated with the aid of the ANSYS software respectively.The machining mechanism of Polycrystalline Diamond was analyzed.By analyzing and discussing the comparison between the results of simulation model and data of experiment,the machining mechanism of explosion-enhanced EDM was further clarified. At the same time,the influences of the conductivities of materials upon the explosion force in EDM obtained further clarified.The calculate formula of discharging radius of Polycrystalline Diamond EDM was obtained.
