【摘要】 通过对传统管理六大管理挑战的分析,提出要"重识"管理,才能走出传统管理的重管理误区,轻松实现管理目的。文中提出"轻管理"理论,即适度管理,这是一种为复杂管理做减法的概念。轻管理通过轻管理决策模型让管理变简单:一是管理理念上,轻管理通过"管理的有限性"缩减管理范围。二是在管理决策上,轻管理通过"管理的层次性"减少管理内容。三是在管理系统上,轻管理通过"管理的阶段性"明确管理重点。相对于传统管理,轻管理通过定位管理在企业中的位置等10个途径,使管理变"轻";通过"轻管理10问",回答了"举重若轻"的轻管理对领导者、管理者的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of six major management challenge in the traditional management, this article proposes to "recognize" management, in order to get out of the heavy management errors in traditional management, and achieve the purpose of management easily. The "Appropriate Management" theory, namely the moderate management, is a concept of subtraction for complex management. Appropriate Managemen model makes management simple: First, in management idea, Appropriate Managemen reduces the scope of management through "the limitation of management". Second, in the management decision-making, Appropriate Managemen reduces management content through "the hierarchy of management". Third, in the management system, Appropriate Managemen clears management focus through "the stage of management ". Compared with traditional management, Appropriate Managemen makes management "smart" through 10 ways such as positioning the location of management in the enterprise, and illustrates the values of Appropriate Managemen for the leaders and managers by answering 10 questions.更多还原
