【摘要】 通过构建投资基金模式下的协同创新讨价还价合作博弈模型,研究了企业、科研组织及创新投资基金等协同创新参与主体间的收益分配策略,并分析了相关参数对最优分配方案的影响。研究表明,企业可利用其谈判顺序决定权,迫使其他参与者转让部分收益;企业对任一参与者讨价还价能力的增强,会降低该参与者收益,提高另一位参与者收益,企业收益变化则取决于其对另一位参与者的讨价还价能力;科研组织或创新投资基金对企业讨价还价能力的增强,会提高其收益,降低企业外另一位参与者的收益,企业收益变化则取决于另一位参与者对企业的讨价还价能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,a bargaining model of collaborative innovation with R&D investment funds is developed to study the revenue-sharing among firm,R&D institution and R&D investment funds,and the effect of relative parameters on the optimal sharing contract is analyzed.It is found that the firm can force its partners to transfer parts of revenue to it with the right of determining bargaining sequence.With the enhance of the firm’s bargaining power to one of it partner,whose revenue is reduced and another’s is raised while the firm’s depends on its bargaining power to another partner.With the enhance of the institution’s or funds’ bargaining power to the firm,its revenue is raised and another partner’s is reduced while the firm’s depends on another partner’s bargaining power to it.更多还原
