【摘要】 技术创新和商业模式是影响高新技术企业发展的两大因素。本文以高新技术企业四个成长阶段为标准,分析每一阶段中技术创新与商业模式对高新技术企业的主辅作用及互动影响,并用价值网理论分析技术创新与商业模式中各要素的逻辑关系,最后以IBM公司为典型案例验证结论,并为我国高新技术企业的发展提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 technology innovation and business model are main factors which influence the HI-TECH enterprises’ development.this paper describes technology innovation and business model’s influence to HI-TECH enterprises taking HI-TECH enterprises’ four growth stages as the standard,and it analysis logical relationship of factors in technology innovation and business model using value net theory in the last,it verifies conclusion taking IBM company as the typical cases.更多还原
