双重人格视角下的领导模式探讨

【摘要】 组织中的个人都具有组织人格和个人人格,亦称双重人格。将双重人格理论与领导理论相结合,根据主导领导者和被领导者的人格种类可划分出"组织—组织"、"组织—个人"、"个人—组织"和"个人—个人"等四种领导模式。不同模式在领导有效性、组织相等方面存在差异。领导者应该清醒认识组织中存在的领导模式,促进领导模式的正向转化。

【Abstract】 Each member of an organization has an organizational personality and a personal personality,or in another word,dual personalities. By applying the concept of dual personalities in the field of leadership research,the authors divided four different models of leadership according to the dominant personality of a leader and his or her follower. They are Organizational-Organizational Model,Organizational-Personal Model,Personal-Organizational Model and Personal-Personal Model. The four different models vary in leadership effectiveness and Organization Appearance. Leaders of an organization should have a clear understanding of the leadership models existing in the organization and promote the leadership model shifting in a positive direction.
