带有风险补偿率的供应链协同模型的构建及应用

【摘要】 针对受需求不确定因素干扰的供应链系统的协同问题,从系统变动原因和系统效应之间关系入手,运用序参量的微分方程形式,构建了带有风险补偿率的供应链协同的新模型,并利用构造的二次标准型Lyapunov函数分析了模型的稳定性,得出了模型稳定的充分条件。该模型解决了供应链中需求随机扰动的补偿问题。最后通过在实例中进行仿真分析,所得的结果都验证了模型的稳定性。研究表明,加入风险补偿率后的模型具有更强的抗扰动的功能,增强了模型实际应用的可操作性,并且揭示了供应链协同的演化一般规律,能够帮助企业协调管理供应链关系。
【Abstract】 A new model of supply chain collaboration with risk premium rate is established for the supply chain collaboration issues disturbed by demand uncertainty. The model uses differential equation constituted by order parameter,from the start of relationship between cause and effect of the system. And stability of the model is analyzed by using secondary standard Lyapunov function method. Sufficient stable condition is reached. The model can solve the premium problem of demand random fluctuations in supply chain. Finally the model is applied in the example,and simulation is carried out. Results show the stability of the model. The study shows the model added by risk premium rate has a stronger anti-disturbance feature,operability is increased in practical application,and the evolution rule of supply chain system is revealed. The model is used to help enterprises to manage the relationship of supply chain.
