互补资产、创新合法性与突破性创新关系研究

【摘要】 理论研究与企业史都表明,突破性创新是企业持续成长的发动机。当前,动态性己经成为企业经营环境的主要特征,沿着既有的创新思维和范式的企业已很难适应新的动态性环境,企业必须转向于开展突破性创新方能实现持续地成长。因此,探索企业如何开展突破性创新及其机理与途径,对于我国企业实现突破性创新具有战略性的理论意义和现实意义。本文主要在相关文献研究的基础上,重点借鉴前人研究的成果并结合企业的访谈,引入创新合法性变量,构造了互补资产、创新合法性与企业突破性创新关系的概念模型,并在模型中要素界定的基础上,探索性分析了内在机理并提出了理论研究假设,为后续研究奠定了一定的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Theory research and Enterprise history show that radical innovation is the enterprise growing engine.At present,a dynamic business environment has become the main features,the enterprise along the existing innovative thinking and model has struggled to adapt to new dynamic environment,the enterprise must turn to carry out radical innovation to realize in continuous growth.So to explore how to carry out enterprise innovation and its mechanism and approach,to our country enterprise to realize radical innovation has strategic theoretical and realistic significance.This paper on the basis of the related literature research,and mainly in the former research achievements and combining with enterprise interview,intrducing legitimacy variable,Constructe the concept model of the relationship between complementary assets,innovation legitimacy and enterprise radical innovation,and on the basis of defining elements of the model,The paper explore analyse the inner mechanism and put forward the theory research hypotheses,it lays the foundation for follow-up study.更多还原
