【摘要】 高管变更是民营企业主动建立政治关联的一种有效的途径,高管的政治关联能为企业带来各种好处,进入具有行业壁垒的行业经营就是一个明显的现象。本文选取了2004-2009年间发生高管变更的公司为研究样本,首先分析了高管变更对公司政治关联的影响;继而分析了不同类型的政治关联对民营企业进入高壁垒行业的影响。实证结果表明,高管变更起到了增强政治关联的作用;高管变更公司的直接政治关联、间接政治关联和总政治关联对其进入高壁垒行业并加强在高壁垒行业中的经营都起到了促进作用。民营企业进入高壁垒行业对于民营企业的长期发展和改善该行业的竞争状况、促进行业可持续发展有积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Executive change is an effective way for private enterprise to establish political connection .Considering the various advantages brought by political connections of management, Entering the industry with trade barriers is an obvious phenomenon. Companies which executives change occurred in 2004-2009 are selected as study samples. Firstly, the article analyzes the impact of executive changes associated to the company’s political associations; then it analyzes the influence of the different types of political association of private enterprises into high barriers industry. Empirical results show that executives change has enhanced the political association; direct political association, indirect political associations and general political associations of companies which experienced the executive changes have improved the competence of entering the high barrier industry, as well as that of strengthening the high barrier operation in the industry. The access of private enterprise to the high barrier industry will contribute to their long-term development and the improve the competitive environment of related industry and the promotion of sustainable development of the industry.更多还原
