【摘要】 随着产业集群这一经济发展模式在全球范围的普及,它也逐步成为第三世界国家发展经济的一种重要形式。由于劳动力成本的优势,中国农村出现了越来越多的产业集群。本文通过对仙桃市彭场镇无纺布产业集群的实证研究,揭示了中国农村产业集群的形成和发展机理并构建了流程图模型。在此基础上,进一步讨论了民营企业家在农村产业集群发展过程中发挥的重要作用。研究发现民营企业家的素质问题已经成为制约农村产业集群发展的阻力,要实现农村经济的可持续发展,需要从民营企业家的素质着手。在此基础上,本文提出了提高民营企业家素质,促进农村产业集群升级换代的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the economic model of industrial cluster widespread all over the world, it had also played an increasingly important role in the third world countries. There are more and more Industrial clusters occurred in rural China based on its low labor cost. According to the case studies of the non-woven fabrics industrial cluster in Pengchang, this paper explored the formulation and development stages of the industrial cluster in rural China and constructed a flowchart model. It also discussed the important role of the peasant entrepreneurs in the cluster development process and found that the limitation of the peasant entrepreneurs is a big constraint for the industrial cluster’s development.更多还原
