【摘要】 在文献调研与对中国企业员工的访谈与开放式问卷进行分析的基础上编制符合中国国情的《企业员工创造性情感问卷》,试图找到企业员工创造性情感的关键维度。通过探索性因素分析(n=350)。验证性因素分析(n=130)得出了员工的创造性情感结构,包括忧虑、悲愤、害怕、乐观、注意力、愉快6种情感。最后通过创造性情感和创造性绩效的相关分析证明本量表的效度良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to explore the structure of creative emotion.A questionnaire of employees’ creative emotion was made by means of open-ended survey.By EFA and CFA,the structure of employees’ creative emotion was established,which included six factors:anxiety,grief and indignation,fear,optimism,attention,and pleasure.At last,we improved that the questionnaire we made had good validity through correlation analysis on creative emotion and creative performance.更多还原
