【摘要】 获知哪些因素影响参与主体关于主观型地方政府绩效评估的认同度,是我们改善评估效果的重要依据,也是一个尚待通过规范的实证研究打开的"黑箱"。基于行为政治学理论和公共选择理论的演绎分析提出的研究假设是,政治因素和技术因素都会影响参与主体的认同度;同时,参与主体的角色差异会进一步影响这些因素的具体表现形式。基于珠海市"万人评议政府"这一历史性个案研究的实证分析证实了论文提出的研究假设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowing the causes which can affect the identification of subjective local government performance (SLGP) by the participations? This is an important parameter for us to evaluating and improving the SLGP,also a "black box" for us to discrete it by regular experimental study.The hypothesis which were originated from the induce analysis based on behavior political and public choice are,the political and technological one can affecting the identification,while,the difference in roles will affect the specific form with father.The quantity analysis has testified those hypothesis based on the historical case as "public appraisal government" in Zhuhai.更多还原
