【摘要】 企业知识存量的准确评价是进行有效知识管理的基础。本文基于比例二元语义,提出一种企业知识存量的模糊语言评价方法。本文建立的评价方法有两方面的优点:一方面集成一组专家的意见所得,另一方面本文所用的模糊语言方法可以避免信息流失,并进一步提高结果的精确性和客观性。最后用一个实例说明提出方法的实用性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The accurate evaluation of enterprise knowledge storage is the basis to implement knowledge management effectively. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy linguistic evaluation method of enterprise knowledge storage based on proportional 2-tuple. The evaluation results of knowledge storage obtained through the proposed method are objective and unbiased due to two reasons. Firstly, the results are generated by a group of experts. Secondly, the fuzzy linguistic method employed in this paper has more advantage to reduce distortion and losing of information than other fuzzy linguistic methods. Additionally, an example is used to illustrate the availability of the proposed method.更多还原
