【摘要】 我国经济在由"中国制造"向"中国创造"转型中,对企业专利行为的研究必不可少。本文运用实证调查方式研究我国科技型企业的专利行为,具体包括专利申请、专利许可和专利诉讼行为。将实证结果与国际上的研究结果进行比较,发现我国科技型企业在专利行为方面表现的有所不同。文章在理论上给国内外企业专利行为研究提供了新的实证证据。此外,本文的一些发现给我国科技型企业在决策上可以提供支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s economy is during the transition from"Made in China"to"Created in China",the patent strategy of the firm cannot be neglected.This paper do a empirical investigation of patent strategy of Chinese technological firms,specifically including patent applications,patent licensing and patent litigation.The results show some different characters compared to literature.It bring new evidence on patent strategy and can give decision support to Chinese technological firms.更多还原
