【摘要】 合理的选择临时救援点有助于减少灾点的伤亡人数和财产损失,有利于救援物资更好更快的分配到灾民手中,具有非常重要的意义。本文以大规模突发事件发生后临时救援点的选择为研究对象,基于灰色系统理论中的灰度思想,构建了考虑时间满意度的多目标混合整数规划选址模型,并提出了该模型的分层求解思路,使应急物资合理的分配给了灾点。最后,把模型运用于美国西雅图地区灾后的临时救援点选择上,验证了该模型的有效性,并提出了进一步拓展研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The selection of temporary relief points after a large-scale emergency is of great significance,which is also an important issue for decision-makers.Reasonable selection for temporary relief points can reduce casualties and property loss,and make relief distribution faster and better.The selection of temporary relief points is studied in this paper,and a multi-objective mixed integer programming model which considering time-satisfaction is built basing on Grey System Theory.Then,the hierarchical solving way is put forward.Finally,this model is used in the Seattle area of United States,the result and analysis are given to prove its effectiveness and the further research directions have been proposed.更多还原
