不确定信息下应急模糊网络路径选择研究

【摘要】 应急路网的状态受到突发事件发生发展的影响是不确定的,为在不确定信息下进行应急路径选择,首先构建了应急路网环境的情景分析图,并对路段的每个情景采用二级指标属性评价。而后针对路段属性的模糊特点,通过隶属度转换新算法M(1,2,3)对应急路网中路段的每个情景进行模糊综合评价,将应急路网情景蕴含在具有不确定性的多属性向量中,构建嵌入情景的应急模糊网络路径选择模型。最后设计模型求解方法,并结合算例进行说明。
【Abstract】 The states of emergency transportation network are often uncertain because of the occurrence and development of unconventional emergencies.In order to make decision of emergency routing under uncertain information,the paper firstly constructed a scenario analysis chart of emergency network environment and used two-level indicators to evaluate each scenario for path sections.Then,according to the fuzzy characteristics of section properties,a new algorithm of membership transformation was applied in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on each scenario of sections in the emergency network and developed a fuzzy multi-attribute vector to establish path selection model with scenarios embedded.Finally an application case is shown to illustrate the problem and its approach.
