【摘要】 在经济全球化的背景下,企业为了保持自身的竞争优势、获得互补资源以及更多的信息资源而与自己有共同利益的企业、机构等联结起来,共同组成战略网络。本文基于自组织理论的思想,根据战略网络核心企业的特性界定了其内涵,进而从宏观(组织理论)和微观(自组织理论)两个层面分析了战略网络的内涵、自组织性、网络结构和演化过程,最后探讨,核心企业对战略网络演化的影响,即核心企业对战略网络网络结构演化的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the impact of the economic globalization, enterprises and institutions with common interests connect and compose strategic network for sustaining of own competitive advantage, acceptance of complementary resource and more information. Firstly, On the basis of self-organization theory, the paper defines core enterprise based on its characteristics. Secondly, from macro level(organization theory) and micro level(self-organization theory), the paper analyses the meaning, characteristics, network structure and evolution process of strategic network. At last, the paper explores effect of leading firms in the evolution process of strategic network.更多还原
