空间集聚、技术溢出与生产率增长——基于中国装备制造业面板数据分析

【摘要】 装备制造业是为国民经济各行业提供技术装备的战略性产业,已成为拉动经济快速增长的主要动力。本文采用EG指数计算了我国装备制造业的集聚变化情况,然后通过面板协整检验和完全修正最小二乘法(FMOLS)估计发现,装备制造业总体的产业集聚水平不是很高,产业集聚与技术溢出对全要素生产率增长有促进作用,且产业集聚对生产率增长的作用更为明显;在误差修正模型分析中得出,R&D投入的变化将引起全要素生产率同方向的变化,R&D投入对短期波动的调整力度最强,而产业集聚的调整力度较弱,在此基础上提出了相应的政策建议。

【Abstract】 Equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic industry which provides technological equipments for all industries of our national economy. It has become the major motive power which improves the rapid economic growth. This author, adopting EG index, has first figured out the agglomeration changes of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry. Then, the author has done a panel co-integration test and a fully modified OLS(FMOLS) analysis, and found that the agglomeration level of equipment manufacturing industry is not very high, and that industrial agglomeration and technological spillover play an important role in the growth of total factor productivity, and that industrial agglomeration has a more effect on productivity growth. The author has carried out an analysis of the error correction model, and found that the change of R&D will lead to total factor productivity change in the same direction, and that the adjustment of R&D investment is the strongest on short-term fluctuation, while the adjustment of industrial agglomeration is less weak. Finally, the author has put forward some corresponding suggestions.
