【摘要】 技术创新网络的扩张与核心企业的成长相互促进,相互决定,形成了复杂的共生演化关系。以知识为基础的企业,必须在各个层次上构建网络,维护多层交互作用,加强与其他企业的合作。从耦合的角度,通过对技术创新网络中核心企业形成的内外部动因进行分析,刻画技术创新网络中核心企业形成的耦合路径。研究发现,在不同的时间段里,结点企业间的耦合要素域、耦合状态和耦合方式随着技术创新网络的演化向结构中心化和权力中心性的方向进行演进,而技术创新网络中的结点也是经过知识匹配——知识流动——知识控制向核心企业(结点)方向进行演化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The technological innovation network’s expansion and the core enterprise’s growth promote mutually, decide mutually, and have formed the complex symbiosis evolution relations. Knowledge-based enterprise, we must build the network at all levels, maintain the multi-layered correlation, strengthen cooperation with other enterprises. We based on coupling perspective in this paper, through the internal and external motive analysis which the core enterprise forms in technological innovation network, to depict the coupling path of the core enterprise formed in technological innovation network. The research discovered that in the different time section, coupling elements domain, coupling state and coupling mode between node enterprises, with the evolution of technological innovation network, to the direction of evolution on structure centralization and power centrality, and the node in technological innovation network was also pass by knowledge matching-knowledge flowing-knowledge control to the direction of core enterprise (node) evolution.更多还原
