【摘要】 动态能力的研究已经扩展到创业领域,尽管成熟企业动态能力的研究已经成为战略管理领域的重要分支,但是在创业领域它才刚刚开始。本文研究创业网络对动态能力的影响,重点关注创业网络强度这一维度,并探讨组织学习的中介作用。基于组织学习理论,本文提出三个假设,即H1创业网络强度对动态能力有直接的积极影响;H2创业网络强度对组织学习有积极影响;H3新创企业组织学习对动态能力有积极影响。我们采用问卷调研的方法收集数据,通过对175个新创企业的数据进行分析,结果显示H1,H2与H3均通过验证,这表明创业网络强度不仅对动态能力具有直接的积极影响,还可以通过组织学习对动态能力具有间接的积极影响,组织学习在创业网络强度与动态能力之间起着完全中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research of dynamic capability has been extended to the entrepreneurship field. It is the beginning in this research field although it has been an important branch of strategic management in established companies.This paper studied the effect of entrepreneurial network on dynamic capability and mainly focused on the intensity dimension of entrepreneurial network,then explored the intermediary role of organizational learning between the above relationship. Based on organizational learning theory,this paper proposes three hypothesis,namely,H1 entrepreneurial network intensity has a direct positive impact on new ventures dynamic capability ;H2 entrepreneurial network intensity has a positive impact on organizational learning;H3 organizational learning has a positive impact on new venture dynamic capability.We use the questionnaire survey method to collect data,and analyze the data by 175 companies.The results showe that H1,H2 and H3 are all through,which indicates that enturepreneurial network intensity not only has a direct positive impact on dynamic capability,but also has an indirect positive impact on dynamic capability through organizational learning. And organizational learning plays a complete intermediary role between entrepreneurial network intensity and the dynamic capability in new ventures.更多还原
