【摘要】 企业商业模式创新问题越来越受到国内外企业界和学术界的重视。关于企业商业模式的文献层出不穷,既有个案研究,又有理论探索,但尚未形成一个系统的、统一的理论分析框架。本文在廓清企业社会资本的基本内涵和组构的基础上,从深入系统地剖析企业内部社会资本对节约内生交易费用和促进内部学习的作用、企业外部社会资本对节约外生交易费用和扩大知识吸收与知识外溢效应的作用入手,探究企业社会资本对企业商业模式创新的作用机理。最终,搭建起一个社会资本视角下企业商业模式创新的一般分析框架。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently,the problems of enterprise business model innovation have been paid more and more attention by the firms and academic institutes all over the world.There are many references about enterprise business model, some of which are case studies, and others are theoretical exploration.But there is a lack of the systematic and unified analytical framework. Based on explaining the basic content and structure of enterprise social capital, we analyze the internal enterprise social capital’s effect on saving the endogenetic transaction cost and promoting the internal study, while the external enterprise social capital’s effect on saving the exdogenetic transaction cost and enlarging the effect of absorbing and spilling knowledge,the thesis explores the enterprise social capital’s affecting mechanism to enterprise business model innovation .Finally,we build a general analytic framework of enterprise business model innovation under the perspective of social capital theory.更多还原
