【Abstract】 the paper reviewed classical decision-making theory and naturalistic decision theory,discussed their characteristics and suitable context.Then,we put forward a decision making theory paradigm on the basis of Hexie Theory,which can effectively explain complex management decision-making process through theme-conducting and coupling of He Principle and Xie Principle.The research tried to provide a new view on management decision-making research.更多还原
