【摘要】 自20世纪末期肯尼思·普瑞斯等第一次提出虚拟企业一词以来,虚拟企业就一直是社会各界的研究热点和难点。查阅相关的文献可以发现,尽管评价和测度虚拟企业绩效对企业的各项决策都很重要,但是理论界至今对该问题未能很好解决。为此,本文在分析Fuzzy--AHP法评价测度虚拟企业绩效水平机理的基础上,提出了一个基于Fuzzy—AHP法的虚拟企业绩效水平的二级模糊层综合评价测度模型,从而为测度和评价虚拟企业整体运作绩效提供了一种崭新的科学方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since Kenneth·Prius,etc.proposed firstly the term" virtual enterprise" in the 20 th late,the virtual enterprise has been a community of hot and difficult.Access to relevant documents,it can be found that though the performance of evaluation and measure of the virtual enterprise are very important about the decision-making,so far the theoretical circles has not solved the problem.In the this article some literatures were firstly reviewed and then discussed the mechanism of evaluation measure,Finally proposed a evaluation measure model in order to provides a new methodology about the performance of evaluation and measure of the virtual enterprise.更多还原
