【摘要】 针对具有多投入、多产出特征的一类社会组织,提出了一种基于投入、产出的客观识别组织行为模式特征的方法。本方法是在不违背公共价值取向的前提下,采用2-范数意义下的距离,从最有利于每个组织的角度,客观识别其行为方式与行为方向。通过综合分析识别得到的多组行为模式特征,判断被评价组织自身的行为模式有效性情况。最后,将该方法应用于识别我国31个省级区域科技发展的行为模式特征,对各区域科技发展的行为模式及有效性进行了分析,得出一些有益的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at a kind of society organization with multi-inputs and multi-outputs, an objective identification method on behavior pattern character of organization was put forward. Without prejudice to common value, 2-dimension distance is used to identify behavior’s manner and behavior’s direction from every organization’s favored point objectively. By analyzing the multi-behavior pattern character synthetically, the validity of organization’s behavior pattern can be judged. Finally, using the method the technological behavior pattern character of the 31 regions in China was identified. The results show that there are unbalanced regional technological resources in China,so it is necessary to distribute technological resources in regions with reason.更多还原
