【Abstract】 The vertical technologic spillover mode points to complementary technologic innovation and vertical integration. The paper establishes market incentives model of core enterprise and small enterprise under vertical technologic spillover introducing technologic increment function. Then analyzes the model according to the profit function of cluster independent innovation, and explores the different market incentives mechanism of the cluster enterprise independent innovation considering different technologic increment and environment.更多还原
