【摘要】 技术创新是企业成长的原动力,但如果缺乏有效的管理会对企业产生巨大的破坏力;同样,对于创新管理来说,不加节制的制度化,流程化,也会扼杀创新成长的原动力。如何构建技术创新与管理制度之间的"制衡—共生"良性关系是解决此悖论的关键途径。首先解析企业技术创新与创新管理产生悖论机理,然后基于分形企业能力理论新视角构建了解决技术创新与创新管理悖论"制衡与共生"良性关系的企业技术创新能力分形模型,最后提出了相关对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The technology innovation is a driving force which the enterprise grows, but it will has the huge destructive power to the enterprise if it lacks effective management; Similarly, it also can strangle the innovational driving force if the managers make excessive formulation system to the innovation. This is a paradox between the technical innovation and the management system, the key to solve the paradox is to construct the balance relationship between technical innovation and management system. This paper firstly analyses the paradox mechanism, then constructs the system fractal model of enterprise technological innovation ability based on the fractal enterprise ability to solve the paradox between the technical innovation and the management system, and establishes the good relations of "the system weighs-the paragenesis " in a new view, finally, puts forward the related countermeasure.更多还原
