【Abstract】 Total integration innovation is a concept which goes beyond technology innovation. Through analyzing integration and total innovation management, this paper points out the total integration innovation management concept(TIIM). Taking the 3C amalgamation as a case, this paper also analyzes the object, aim, keys and the competitive means in TIIM and brings forward that Chinese 3C enterprises should adopt TIIM strategy if these enterprises want to get success by innovation.更多还原
