【摘要】 为了揭示技术联盟中知识转移的影响因素,本文以技术联盟类型为调节变量,构建了一个包含多个影响因素的模型并做出相应的假设,用结构方程方法对国内251家企业的问卷数据进行分析,结果显示,知识的隐性,接收方学习的动机,联盟伙伴间的知识差距,关系距离都能对联盟伙伴间的知识转移产生显著的影响,且相对于契约式联盟,股权式联盟更有利于知识的成功转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research proposes and tests a basic model of knowledge transfer in technology alliance。Based on a cross-sectional sample of 251 corporations and a structural equation methodology,this study empirically investigates the simultaneous effects of knowledge tacit,simple embedded,network-embedded,learning intent,absorptive capacity,geography distance,knowledge difference,relatedness between the alliance partner-on knowledge transfer.Further,the strength of the relationships between these theoretical constructs and knowledge transfer is examined in light of the possible moderating effects of alliance form.The result show that the tacit,learning intent,the knowledge difference and relationship distance between alliance partner have a significant effect on the degree of knowledge transfer.Moreover,we proved that the Equity alliance is more superiority for knowledge transfer than contractual alliance.更多还原
