【摘要】 创新是高新技术企业获取竞争优势及促进产业发展的重要手段,而高新技术企业在R&D中的人才投入和资源投入是保持创新的必须条件。本文提出的模型认为高新技术企业R&D投入强度与企业的规模、年龄、高新技术企业所在的行业、区位、股权结构、历史创新等因素相关。对取自165家高新技术企业R&D投入及企业特性的数据进行了实证分析,高新技术企业R&D投入强度的特征与传统企业有显著的不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 R&D expenditure and highly skilled labors engaging in R&D are the prerequisites for high-tech firms’ innovations which are the important approaches to gain competitive edge and promote industrial development. This paper presents a model in which the high-tech firms’ R&D investment intensity is influenced by firms’ size, age, type of industrial fields, location, ownership type and historical innovative activities. The empirical analysis is based on the collected data of investment in R&D and characteristics of 165 high-tech firms. The pattern of R&D investment intensity in high-tech firms differs from that in traditional(non-high-tech) firms.更多还原
