【摘要】 对民航运输产业竞争力的内涵进行界定,提出民航运输产业竞争力影响因素分析模型,构建民航运输产业竞争力评价指标体系,运用基于方差最小化的组合评价技术,选取美国、韩国、新加坡、德国、日本、中国2004-2006年的数据进行分析。研究结果显示,我国民航运输产业竞争力与民航运输发达国家相比差距较大,需围绕产品、管理、资源和环境四个方面的多个因素着力打造。所建立的民航运输产业竞争力评价指标体系科学合理,所使用的评价方法具有很好的适用性,评价结果能够正确反映各国民航运输产业竞争力的综合水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concept of competence of air transport industry was defined, an influence factor analysis model of the competence was developed, an evaluation index system was built. The analysis was made to the annual data of America, Korea, Singapore, Germany, Japan and China from 2004 thru 2006, using combination evaluation method based on the minimum variance technical. Results of the study revealed that the competence of China’s air transport industry is much weaker. Efforts must be taken on the aspects of product, resource, management and environment in cultivating China’s air transport industry. The evaluation index system proposed by this paper is reasonable, the evaluation method is quite suitable and the evaluation result can reflect the competence of the air transport industry among countries accurately.更多还原
