【摘要】 在总结前人已有研究成果的基础上构建了我国中小企业外部生存环境二阶因子模型,一阶有经济环境、政治环境、技术环境、社会文化环境、人才环境和自然资源环境六个因子,二阶有市场、顾客、竞争对手等23个因子。通过对我国广东、浙江、上海、江苏、北京、湖北、河南、四川、重庆、湖南等十省市的12000余份问卷调查,结果表明企业外部环境结构得到了数据支持,各项指标拟合良好。通过二阶验证性因子分析计算各个指标权重并得出我国部分城市和东中西部地区的外部环境得分和排名,这对揭示我国不同发达区域企业外部生存发展环境的深层机理,为政府决策提供参考依据,具有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper constructs a two-order factor model about Chinese SMEs’ external surviving environment evaluation after summarizes the former research. The first-order includes six factors, which are: economy environment, political environment, technique environment, social and culture environment, humanity labor environment and nature environment, the second-order includes 23 factors, such as: market, customer, competition and so on. According to a up to 12000 s questionnaire investigation to the Chinese province: Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Beijing, Hubei, Henan, Sichuan, Chongqing, Hunan, the output implied that the enterprise external environment structure has been proved by the data, and each statistics is fitted well. According to two-order Confirmatory Factor Analysis to calculate the power of each index and get the score and the order of Chinese cities and the Chinese eastern, middle and western districts, it is important to discover the deep cause about the SMEs’ external surviving environment of different Chinese districts, and supply foundation for the government decision.更多还原
