交互式虚拟膝关节镜手术中半月板修复术的研究与实现

【摘要】 虚拟现实在康复医疗领域中起着越来越重要的辅助作用。针对虚拟手术训练所要解决的问题,本虚拟交互系统研究并生成了各种损伤的半月板模型,研究并实现了膝关节镜手术中的半月板修复手术的学习和模拟训练两大功能。通过调节EON Studio中各种功能节点以及他们之间的逻辑连接,使用户可以通过操纵键盘和鼠标控制手术器械与虚拟系统进行交互,并且用最简单方便的方式——"按钮",来触发文字显示和手术动画,方便用户学习并掌握手术信息。论文研究了交互系统的具体功能的实现——关节镜内部的浏览、手术相关知识的展示等,为膝关节镜手术的培训提供了一种新的途径。
【Abstract】 The virtual reality plays an increasingly important role in the field of rehabilitation therapy.Directing the problem to be solved by Virtual Surgery Training,the virtual interactive system researches and generates a variety of injured meniscus models,and two functions of surgical learning and simulation of surgical training were studied and implemented.By adjusting the various functions nodes of EON Studio and logical connections between them,allowing the user to manipulate the keyboard and mouse to control over surgical instruments to interact with the virtual system, and use the simplest way-"the button",trigger the display of text and surgical animations,which is better for users to learn and master the information of operation.The paper studied the achievement of the specific functions of interactive systems - arthroscopic internal browsing,knowledge of surgery displaying etc,which provides a new way for the knee surgery training.
