基于图像处理技术的螺纹多参数检测

【摘要】 借助于机器视觉,应用图像处理技术对螺纹检测的一般流程进行了研究,提出了螺纹多参数的检测方法。介绍了图像处理技术中的预处理、边缘轮廓提取、边缘拟合以及参数标定等内容,开发了相应的检测软件。试验结果表明该软件能对螺纹进行实时、高速、全面的检测。
【Abstract】 Based on machine vision,the paper applies image processing to research general procedure of thread detection, and propose the detection method of thread.Introduced some methods of image processing,such as pre-processing, extracting contour,edging fitting and parameters calibration,and developed the detected software.The experimental results witness that the software can instantly,rapidly and roundly detect thread parameters.
