吉林省玉米主产区土壤有效镍时空分布特征
Spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of soil available nickel in maize production areas in Jilin province

【摘要】 探讨吉林省玉米主产区土壤有效镍的含量及时空分布状况,同时为建立农田土壤环境质量标准及科学合理指导施肥提供理论依据。本研究使用GPS对玉米不同生育期、不同土层土壤样品进行定点采集,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定有效镍含量,同时采用传统统计学、地统计学和GIS相结合的方法进行数据处理。结果表明:吉林省玉米主产区土壤有效镍含量处于0.02~7.28 mg kg-1,平均值为0.93 mg kg-1,均处于中等程度变异;在玉米种植前及收获后土壤有效镍含量随采样深度增加而降低,而在玉米抽穗期则呈现先增加后降低的趋势;玉米不同生育期土壤中有效镍含量以玉米抽穗期最低。玉米不同生育期不同层次土壤中有效镍均具有中等强度的空间相关性,并且其分布呈现出很好的时空变异特征,其中含量超过1.00 mg kg-1的区域主要集中在梨树、长春、德惠和榆树境内,占玉米主产区的30%以上。
【Abstract】 In order to understand spatial and temporal distribution of the soil available nickel(Ni) in maize production area of Jilin Province and provide scientific fertilization guidance for production of non-pollution agricultural products,we used GPRS guide to collect soil samples at different growth stages of the corn and soil layers and analyze soil available Ni using atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The data were processed using the traditional statistics,geostatistics and GIS.The result indicated that the content of available Ni in the soils was between 0.02 and 7.28 mg kg-1,an average of 0.93mg kg-1.All data had moderate variation.The content of available Ni in soil reduced with an increase in sampling depths before and after corn harvest,but the tendency of the available Ni was first increased and then decreased at corn heading stage.At heading,the content of t available Ni was the highest.The soil available Ni had a medium spatial correlation,but showed good spatial and temporal variation characteristics.The area with soil available Ni>1.00 mg Ni kg-1 accounted for 30%of the whole research area,mainly distributed in Lishu,Changchun,Dehui and Yushu.
