施肥对土壤不同粒级团聚体中胡敏素数量和红外光谱的影响

【摘要】 团聚体是土壤结构的基本单元,有机质是维持土壤肥力的基础物质,二者之间存在密切的联系。本文利用团聚体分组方法与Pallo修改法相结合,首次对施肥条件下团聚体中胡敏素(HM)的组成和红外光谱性质进行了研究。结果表明,团聚体中HM的3个组分,以HMr含量最高。HMi和HMc含量随粒级的变化复杂。HMi、HMc和HMr的富集率随着团聚体粒级的增加而增加。随着团聚体粒级的减小,团聚体内HMi的2920/1720比值减小,脂族结构减少。施肥后2~0.25mm粒级团聚体HMi、HMc和HMr的富集率均增加,HMi的2920/1720比值增加,脂族性增强。<0.053mm粒级团聚体的HMi和HMr的富集率均减少,HMc的2920/1720比值增加,分子的脂族性增强。
【Abstract】 Aggregate is an structural unit of soil,and soil organic matter is the basic matter of keeping soil fertility.Aggregate has a close relationship with soil organic matter.The aggregate seperation method and modified Pallo method were combined in this paper,and the compostion and the IR property of soil aggregate HM under fertilizer application were firstly studied.Results showed that HMr content were the highest in the three fractions of soil aggregates.The changes of HMi and HMc contents were complicate.The rich rate of HMi,HMc and HMr increased with aggregates size increasing.The 2920/1720 ratio of HMi and the aliphatic structure decreased with aggregates size decreasing.The 2920/1720 ratio of HMi and the rich rates of HMi,HMc and HMr in 2~0.25mm aggregates increased after fertilitzer application.The 2920/1720 ratio of HMc increased in<0.053mm aggregtes,but the rich rates of HMi and HMr decrease.
