生物肥防治香蕉枯萎病与对土壤微生物多样性影响

【摘要】 香蕉枯萎病是真菌引起的一种土传病害,它的蔓延已经严重影响到香蕉产业正常发展。盆栽试验结果表明,将腐熟的有机肥与3种生防细菌(枯草芽胞杆菌、胶质芽胞杆菌和巨大芽胞杆菌)结合,组合成生物复混肥和生物有机肥施用,对香蕉枯萎病具有明显的防病作用,防病效果分别为53.8%和61.5%。同灭菌肥料和有机肥比较,可以看到功能细菌在防病效果中起重要作用。用Biolog Eco微平板检测发现,施肥也引起土壤微生物群落发生变化,AWCD均低于单接病原菌,土壤微生物多样性下降。

【Abstract】 Banana wilt was a soil-borne disease caused by Fusarium oxysopoyum f.sp.cubens,and its spread has seriously affected the development of the banana industry.Bio-organic fertilizer(BOF) and bio-compound fertilizer(BCF) were made by combination of matured compost with three kinds of bacteria(Bacillus subtilis, Bacillusmucilaginosus and Bacillus megaterium).These fertilizer had an excellent effect on biological control of banana wilt disease.The pot experiment results showed that bio-compound fertilize and bio-organic fertilizer could inhibite the banana wilt disease by 53.8%and 61.5%respectively.Compared with sterilized fertilizers and organic fertilizer treatment,it was showed that functional bacteria played an important role in disease inhibition.By using Biolog Eco microplate,bio-organic fertilizer also caused the changes of soil microbial communities:AWCD were lower than the single Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense treatment,microbial diversity decreased.
