【摘要】 "5.12"大地震给灾区"生活、生产、生态"造成深重的灾难,党中央、国务院迅速启动灾后重建工作,并于2008年6月4日发布《汶川地震灾后恢复重建条例》。本文以推进现代农业发展为基础,紧密结合城乡统筹、新农村建设和灾后重建,从理论上探索出灾后美好家园建设的指导思想、基本原则和实现路径,通过承担的国家科技支撑计划课题"四川安县地震灾后重建现代农业技术研究"(2008BAK51B02)和上海市援建都江堰大型农业工程项目"都江堰市十万亩现代生态农业集聚区"规划实践,取得了明显成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 The May 12th earthquake have brought giant disasters on the living,production and ecology of disaster-hit area,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council launched the post-disaster reconstruction work rapidly,and issued"Wenchuan earthquake disaster restoration and reconstruction regulations"on Jun.4th.2008. This thesis was based on promoting modern agricultural development,and combined urban-rural integration,new rural construction and post-disaster reconstruction together closely,and explored the guiding ideology, fundamental principle and implementation approach of post-disaster home-rebuilding theoretically.We have achieved remarkable results through the planning practice of"the post-disaster reconstruction of technical study of modern agriculture in An County,Sichuan",the research subject of state science and technology support program, and"100,000 mu modern ecological agriculture concentrated area in Dujiangyan",the mega agricultural engineering project in Dujiangyan supported by Shanghai.更多还原
