基于DEM和Cokriging的增城市水稻土土壤碱解氮空间变异研究

【摘要】 在1:10万尺度下,利用土壤采样分析数据与DEM提取的海拔高度以及地统计学分析增城市水稻土土壤碱解氮的空间变异。结果表明,随海拔高度上升,水稻土土壤碱解氮含量显著下降。地统计学分析表明,增城市水稻土土壤碱解氮在新塘镇——荔城街办方向存在空间变异。利用DEM及地统计学对水稻土土壤碱解氮进行协同克里格插值,通过均方根误差(RMSE)验证发现,协同克里格插值比普通克里格法高。由于协同克里格引入海拔高度作为协同变量,增加了一个半变异函数和一个交互半变异函数及其误差,精度提高也是有一定限度。

【Abstract】 The spatial variety of soil available of paddy soil was analyzed by using soils sampled,geostatistics and altitude derived from DEM at the scale of 1:100,000 in Zengcheng city.The results showed that contents of paddy soil available nitrogen fell as the altitude rose.Geostatistical analysis suggested that the spatial distributions of soil available nitrogen especially varied in the direction that was from Xintang to Licheng.Cokriging was better accurate than ordinary kriging in spatial predictions of soil available nitrogen by root mean squared errors(RMSE) in paddy soil with elevation derived from DEM and geostatistics in Zengcheng city.It was limited in some degree to improve the accuracy of predictions by cokriging,because predicted errors of the semivariogram and the cross-variogram was also increased when elevation was introduced as an ancillary variable.
