基于CuPc/C60的有机异质结太阳电池内部光强分布的研究

【摘要】 目前有机太阳电池的转换效率还偏低,其主要原因就是材料的激子扩散长度较小。在有机电池内,光束将产生干涉效应,为了能够在有限厚度的薄膜内产生大量的激子,对有机电池内的光强分布研究就具有十分重要的意义。我们可以通过传输矩阵的方法,求得在电池内部光波电矢量复振幅的相对大小及相对光强,然后绘制出了CuPc(40nm)/C60(40nm)内部波长为632.8nm和450nm光强分布图。光强分布的确定,对有机太阳电池光能量的有效利用具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Organic solar cells are being paid more attention,for their low cost,light weight,flexible etc.However,the efficiency is still very low.One of the main reasons is the low exciton diffusion length of organic materials.In organic thin film cells,the light will be reflected and refracted at each interface,and there exists interference,so the intensity will not be attenuated exponentially.In order to generate excitons as many as possible in the limited thin films,and the excitons could be separated as soon as possible,the maximum point of light intensity must be near the interface of CuPc and C60.So the investigation of the light intensity in organic solar cells is very important.There are transmission matrixes at the interfaces and among each thin film.We can get the comparative amplitude and intensity at any points in the cells by means of transmission matrixes,and draw the intensity distribution figure for the structure CuPc(40nm)/C60(40nm),at the wavelength of 632.8nm and 450nm.This investigation provides some guiding significances for the fabrication of organic solar cells.
