一种低频Ⅳ型弯张换能器的设计

【摘要】 本文给出了一种低频Ⅳ型弯张换能器的设计,利用稀土超磁致伸缩材料、采用永磁偏磁,给出了超磁致伸缩驱动子的磁学有限元仿真性能、振动壳体与弯张换能器的声学有限元仿真性能,给出了研制样品换能器的测试结果,仿真计算与测试结果较为吻合。
【Abstract】 This paper describes one design for a low frequency classⅣflextensional transducer which using giant magnetostrictive materials and permanent-magnet biased field,and gives magnetic simulation for giant magnetostrictive driver and acoustic simulation performance for vibrating shell and flextensional transducer by finite element analysis and measurement results of manufactured sample transducers,a good agreement is achieved between simulation and measurement results,
