声波对固体粘接界面破坏作用的理论分析

【摘要】 随着现代工业的发展,多层复合材料在材料工业(如碳纤维材料、玻璃纤维等)、航空工业、医疗事业及其他民用工业得到越来越广泛的应用。多层复合材料在使用了一段时间后,由于受到外界的作用,比如撞击或者振动,层与层之间的粘接界面会受到破坏甚至出现裂纹,这些裂纹扩展后可能会导致材料断裂,这就为多层复合材料的安全使用埋下隐患。本文从运动方程出发,理论分析了当一列纵声波入射到粘接界面时,对界面粘接状态的破坏原理,得到了当入射声波振幅与粘接界面粘接力满足一定条件时才能产生破坏作用,从而为复合材料的安全使用提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Due to the development of the modern industry,the multilayered composite materials are widely used in material industry,aviation industry,medical enterprise and other consumer industries.After the composite materials have been used for a period of time,because of the crash or vibration,the bonded interface between layers will be damaged and some micro-cracks will appear in the interface which will possibly cause the composite materials to break.The weak bonding region with the micro-cracks is possibly the initial spot of the entire equipment’s failure.In this paper,the breakage of an incident longitudinal acoustic wave to the bonding state of a bonded solid-solid interface is studied.The theoretical analysis of the breakage principle is processing by using the motion function.And the condition when the breakage happens is gained.All this provides the theoretical basic to the safe usage of the multilayered composite materials.
