基于低声能辐射的隔水管VIV监测关键参数研究

【摘要】 涡激振动(VIV)是导致隔水管疲劳,缩小隔水管寿命的主要诱因。服役期间隔水管的完整性决与否决定了深海石油作业的成败。在隔水管服役期间对涡激振动进行监测是十分必要的。本文研究了隔水管涡激振动的特征频率,得出深水隔水管涡激振动是低频多模态振动;提出了基于低声能辐射的隔水管涡激振动遥测方案:对监测系统的最佳采样频率、遥测系统的最佳载波频率和声能辐射功率等关键参数进行了最优化估计,为深水隔水管疲劳监测和深海石油钻探和开采作业提供技术支持。
【Abstract】 Vortex induced vibration is(VIV) is the major issue that gives rise to high rates of riser fatigue damage accumulation and diminishes the riser fatigue life.Whether or not the deepwater petrolem will operate successfully depends on the integrity of the riser.It is essential to monitor VIV of risers during operating time.Study on characteristic frequency of VIV on riser show which is low-frequency and multi-mode vibration.A telemetry strategy for monitoring VIV response based on low sound energy condition,as a kind of innovation in VIV monitoring system,is outlined.The sampling frequency,the low sound energy technology and the optimum carrier frequency are researched.it provides technical support for deepwater riser fatigue monitoring and oil drilling mining operations.
